Job Title: Spare Parts Supervisor
Job Purpose: Manage and oversee all inventory control processes, and oversee the day to day operations of the department.
Key deliverables:
• Manage and oversee all inventory control processes in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage all spares and production staff.
• Ensure that receiving, storage, picking and dispatching is done accurately.
• Ensure all stock records are kept up to date while maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure all stock transferred to other warehouses is done correctly and in line with company policies.
• Maintain a regular cycle count schedule.
• Responsible for planning and forecasting stock holding levels.
• Drive the sales of spares.
• Oversee the production of Wap high pressure machines.
• Handle customer escalations
• Manage back-order reports.
• Ordering and sourcing of parts.
• Follow up with suppliers on parts ordered.
• Ensure that required inventory management and handling technologies are used effectively and efficiently by workforce e.g. bar-code scanners, etc.
• Ensure all necessary items are sufficiently stocked under area of control.
• Ensure that stock on floor is accurately reflected on Syspro in all aspects (quantity, location etc.)
• Manage annual stock take and ensure the correct stock take procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
Essential requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• 3 years in a parts environment
• Must be computer literate in Ms Office.
• Strong Administrative skills

Job Title: Operations Supervisor – Cape Town
Job Purpose: Manage and oversee all inventory control processes, and oversee the day to day operations of the branch.
Key deliverables:
• Manage and oversee all Inventory control processes in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure that receiving, storage, picking and loading is done accurately, promptly and utilizing an optimized WMS.
• Ensure that vehicles are loaded in line with the required priorities and shipment/loading schedules.
• Ensure that required inventory management and handling technologies are used effectively and efficiently by workforce e.g. bar-code scanners, forklifts etc.
• Ensure that all necessary items are sufficiently stocked under area of control.
• Ensure that stock on floor is accurately reflected on Syspro in all aspects (quantity, location etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Support National Operations Manager with day to day activities
Essential requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Supply Chain qualifications is advantageous.
• Minimum 3-year warehouse supervisory experience
• WMS knowledge and experience is a must.
• 2 years in stock control environment
• Must be computer literate in Ms Office.
• Good Administrative skills
